Welcome to StanfordWhiteGallery.com. This Site is owned and operated by Aureum-Group (“Aureum-Group,” “we,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”) govern your use of our Site (desktop or mobile or any application for mobile or tablet devices, hereafter referred to as “the Site”). These Terms include information about usage, licensing, and intellectual property. Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Site, you consent to these legally binding Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated.
Consent and Capacity
In order to use our Site and our services, you must be at least thirteen. Your use of our services is conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms. Usage By Children Under 13
Aureum-Group cannot prohibit minors from visiting this site. Aureum-Group must rely on parents, guardians and those responsible for supervising children under thirteen to decide which materials are appropriate for such children to view.

Additionally, any use that constitutes an infringement of any of the above-stated intellectual property rights is prohibited. Aureum-Group does not wish to receive any confidential, secret or proprietary information or other material from you through the Site, by email, or in any other way. Any materials submitted or sent to us shall be deemed to not be confidential or secret and they may be used in any manner consistent with the Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for maintaining any materials you submit or send to us and we may delete or destroy any such material at any time with no notice.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of the Released Parties for all damages, losses, and causes of action arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site or the content, materials, information, functions, or products available through the Site exceed, in the aggregate, fifty dollars ($50.00).
Choice of Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from the use of the Site are governed by and construed according to the law of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without regard to its conflict of laws rules.. Each party agrees to submit to the jurisdiction courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and that the Commonwealth of Massachusetts has personal jurisdiction over the matter. You voluntarily and intentionally waive the right to a trial by jury in any action or proceeding that in any way relates to, concerns, or arises out of this agreement or any of the transactions entered into between the parties on the Site. This jury waiver applies to any action or proceeding, whether sounding in contract, tort, or otherwise.
Severability
If any portion of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, void, or invalid for any reason, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain unaffected and will not be considered unenforceable, void, or invalid. They will maintain the full force of law to the extent possible.
